Proud Talent Management was established in 2025 with hopes to showcase talent from underrepresented communities and connect them with the best opportunities within TV (inc. commercials), Theatre and Film. Our team is dedicated to supporting our clients in navigating the entertainment industry and helping them stand out. We aim to make a difference by promoting inclusivity and amplifying unique voices in the entertainment world.

 

The agency is owned by Holly Rebecca, an acting and dance coach based in London. Holly has over 6 years experience in the acting industry as an actor, both as a child and an adult. Holly has an enhanced DBS and safeguarding training that is regularly updated.
 

We approach theatre companies and dance schools to find students with the potential and mindset to become successful. Through auditions and meetings, we know our clients are both lovely people and talented performers. We look forward to connecting them to the perfect opportunities.

 

As we are a newer agency, we are still very much forming connections within the industry and particularly finding exciting opportunities for our clients, we are committed to working hard to form those industry partnerships. We work extremely closely with each client to help them on their individual journey making sure we can guide them throughout their career.
